Manufactured and began shipping the high-frequency welding installation

In October 2024, we manufactured and began shipping the high-frequency welding installation to AO "OMK”. High-frequency welding machines based on induction welding, are widely used in any pipe mill for welding straight seam pipes. The welding is performed by the induction method. The welding installations for electric-welded pipes utilize high-frequency currents through an inductor. This technological process allows for high welding speeds. The inductor generates currents at the edges of the welded strip. High-frequency welding on installations enables the production of square and round section pipes.
