The key feature of this line is that the control of the entire process is fully automated, the drawing speed is regulated by separate frequency converters installed on each block, and the wire tension is adjusted using pneumatic cylinders. The finished product winder also has a frequency converter, which ensures synchronization of the entire line, prevents wire breakage during drawing and wire slipping from the drawing blocks.
