Bell-type furnaces
Bell-type furnaces are widely used for pre-sintering magnetic materials, electronic ceramic components, powder metallurgy and other products, and can also be used for sintering special electronic ceramic components in a protective atmosphere. The bell-type furnace uses two different lightweight materials as furnace insulation and heat preservation: chinese ceramics and imported fiber wool fixing components. The heating element is made of a silicon-molybdenum rod. The bell-type furnace temperature control system is controlled by imported multi-component intelligent software temperature controller. The temperature of control system is very reliable; the bell-type furnace lifting device adopts classical linear guide structure, stable movement and no jitter, product loading and unloading is extremely convenient and safe.

Chamber furnaces are used for hardening, tempering or annealing metal. The chamber furnace body is welded from sheet steel and profile steel, and the furnace lining is made from vacuum aluminum energy-saving brick composite fiber insulation. Natural gas is used as fuel.

Chamber furnace with protective atmosphere

The chamber furnace with a protective atmosphere is designed for heating for hardening, annealing under protective gas or in air.

The chamber furnace body is welded from a steel angle and steel sheet. The furnace lining uses an energy-saving composite lining, the lining also uses special corrosion-resistant refractory bricks to allow various protective atmospheres to pass into the furnace. The furnace body is equipped with pipes and valves for access to the protective atmosphere, the furnace door seal is reinforced and the protective atmosphere can be used to reduce oxidation of the billet.

The annealing furnace operates on gas heating. Annealing is a heat treatment process that relieves internal stresses in a metal by heating and slowly lowering the temperature. In this case, the restoration of the crystal lattice occurs, the homogeneity of the processed composition increases, and subsequent mechanical processing is facilitated.

This oven consists of oven body, trolley, oven door, gas pipe system, air circulation pipe to maintain the combustion process, smoke exhaust system and control system. The entire furnace body consists of a steel frame, furnace lining, side sealing system, combustion system.

During the design and construction of this furnace, we apply the following technical measures to save energy and improve product quality:

• In addition to the trolley running surface, the entire kiln lining is made of ceramic fiber blocks containing zirconium, which gives the kiln lining structure the advantages of light weight, less heat build-up, resistance to weathering and good thermal insulation, etc.

• A double sand seal labyrinth design is used between the cart and the kiln body to ensure a secure seal between the cart and the kiln.

• High speed pulse type burners are used.

Well type vacuum annealing furnace in protective atmosphere
the well type protective atmosphere vacuum annealing furnace is an energy-saving batch furnace, which is mainly used for the oxygen-free annealing of material such as alloy steel wire and carbon steel wire in a nitrogen protective atmosphere.

Furnace structure mainly consists of furnace body, heating elements, furnace hatch, furnace boiler, pre-vacuum, gas inlet, cooling system, control system.

the steel structure of the furnace is welded into a cylindrical shape using various sections of steel and steel sheets. The lower part is reinforced with a 14 # channel welded into a well-formed frame. The top panel is made of 16 mm steel sheet, with a gate (groove) for sand sealing. The lower part is welded from 8mm steel sheet. The outer part of the furnace body is painted twice with paint and twice with varnish in accordance with the current standards. The color code is selected according to common industry standards and the hot spots use paint that is resistant to medium temperatures.

Walking beam annealing furnace
the walking beam annealing furnace is generally used for heat treatment of small to medium sized billets. The workpiece is supported by a fixed set of heat-resistant steel beams. The workpiece is moved in the furnace by a set of movable heat-resistant steel beams that lift the steel pipe mounted on the fixed beam and then move it forward a certain distance. Placed on a fixed beam, the movable beam returns to its original position, so there are no collisions and strong friction during the translational movement of the workpiece. The upper surface of the movable beam and the fixed beam are curved in the shape of a tooth, which allows the steel pipes to be evenly positioned inside the furnace. The steel pipe is lifted once at each step to ensure a more uniform heating temperature of the steel pipe and prevent the pipe from deforming in the furnace.

Equipment

the electric furnace consists of a furnace body, rotation mechanism, tilt device, control system, drip gas supply system and other components. The furnace body consists of a main body, a bracket and a bearing seat. The body consists of a furnace casing, a furnace lining and a boiler. To facilitate assembly, disassembly and maintenance of the furnace tank, both ends are bolted together. The refractory layer of the furnace lining is made of ultralight refractory bricks, the thermal insulating layer is made of aluminum silicate refractory fibers, and the heating element is a spiral which is made of resistive wire. The rotating and tilting device consists of a motor, a gearbox, a large and small sprocket, a chain, and so on. The tilt angle can be adjusted as needed. The control system is installed in the control cabinet and consists of two parts: a temperature control system and a traditional system.
