Blow molding machines are used for the production of hollow products of various configurations and purposes (tanks for liquids, air ducts, canisters, bottles, etc.) from various thermoplastic polymers (PE, PP, ABS, PA, PS, PC, PVC).

The polymer material is loaded into an extruder, heated to a predetermined temperature to go into a melt state. The head of the blowing machine blows out a stocking from the melt, around which the mold is closed, the workpiece is inflated with compressed air inside the mold, after which the product is cooled and removed, if necessary, the flash is cut off with special equipment or manually by the operator.
