AUTOMATIC INTELLIGENT EQUIPMENT FOR PROCESSING (STRAIGHTENING, CUTTING) OF STEEL WIRE

• The material-bearing frame is equipped with a vibration separation mechanism and has an automatic wire feeding function;

• The diameter of the welded steel rod is 8-25 mm, the pitch of the longitudinal rods is 100 mm, stepless adjustment;

• The equipment can perform high-quality cross welding of hot-rolled excited steel bars, cold-rolled bars, smooth round cold-drawn steel bars, stainless steel wires, etc.;

• The wire feeding mechanism and the main welding unit can automatically adjust the distance between the longitudinal ribs with high precision;

• The walking upper and lower rollers are made of wear-resistant materials, and the roller surface is equipped with anti-slip teeth to ensure that the conveying error is less than 5mm. The mesh pulling mechanism uses automatic servo control and dimensional error;

• Automatic mechanism for raising and lowering the mesh, pieces of mesh are automatically positioned neatly, the welding quality is high.
