LINES FOR UNWINDING, STRAIGHTENING AND CNC CUTTING OF STEEL COILS
We specialize in the development and supply of lines for unwinding, straightening and disbanding of rolled steel, to the required length and width:
1) Serial equipment for straightening and horizontal dismantling of various sheets with a thickness of 0.18-25 mm and a width of 200-3000 mm, the tolerance for the length of the transverse cut is within ±0.1 mm.
2) Serial equipment for straightening and slitting unit for processing various sheets with a thickness of 0.25-20 mm and a width of 200-3000 mm
Based on speed, it is divided into high, medium and normal series.
Among them, the high-speed and high-precision machine can process 35 2m long sheets per minute.

LINE FOR UNWINDING AND LONGITUDINAL CUTTING OF SHEETS
This series of production lines are used for rolls of various specifications, which after unwinding, straightening and cutting are converted into flat sheets of the required length and width.
The line is composed of loading trolley, single lever decoiler, primary straightening unit, hydraulic storage bridge, guide, precision leveling unit, etc
